Conditions
All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer against defects as outlined below. Please note: This is a guide, and I advise checking with each manufacturer for full details, which may be beyond my control.
General Manufacturer Warranty
Alarm/Immobiliser/Keyless Entry Modules: 3 years from date of purchase
Remote Controls/Touch Keys/Driver Cards/Sirens/Central Locking Door Motors: 12 months from date of purchase
Workmanship Guarantee
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, I guarantee my workmanship for the lifetime of ownership for the original purchaser. This guarantee is not transferable between owners or vehicles.
The guarantee includes my labour to remove and service products, and to return any items to the product manufacturer.
Note: The guarantee covers my travel fees within the Wellington Region during working hours. Claims outside the Wellington Region or after-hours requests will be honoured at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Important Conditions
- Changes made to the original installation by a third party may, at my discretion, void the warranty
- The warranty does not cover expenses incurred for any work carried out by a third party without prior consent
