The Mitsubishi ASX comes with keyless entry and factory immobiliser as a standard along with a very basic alarm system.
When I say basic, I mean basic! The factory alarm lacks any internal movement sensors so only offers door, boot, and bonnet protection.
Once triggered it has a 30-second delay before the alarm sounds the horn which is plenty of time to to disable it!

Upgrading the Mitsubishi ASX alarm system
If you wish to upgrade the ASX to have a decent alarm system then the Enhanced version of the Vodafone Automotive 4822 CAN-BUS upgrade alarm comes highly recommended.
