The Cyclops P205 immobiliser is made by Dynamco in Australia. It was also sold as a Dynatron D2200 here in New Zealand.
It is the second transponder immobiliser to be reviewed here. Like the Autowatch 573PPi it is a dual circuit immobiliser but unlike the Autowatch it does not have the option of a third external cut.
Cyclops P205 immobiliser - Transponder security system

Dual immobiliser, with 2 transponder tags.
Like the Autowatch 573PPi, the P205 comes with two transponder tags that turn off the immobiliser when in the proximity of the ignition barrel.
One thing that I find odd with the P205 is that the LED will flash rapidly whilst counting down the seconds until the Immobiliser arms. Now there is nothing wrong with this but personally, I find it unnecessary.
The P205 shares the same security housing found on the rest of the Cyclops range which means it is not attack-proof but still complies with AS/NZS 4601:2003 standards for immobilisers.
Note: As of 2020 AS/NZS 4601:2003 has been deleted.
it is reasonably compact so would give a competent installer the opportunity to install it to a high standard.
Pin Code protected transponder tags

Programming of new transponder tags requires the immobiliser 4 digit security code.
The 4 digit over-ride code can be used to disarm the immobiliser should a tag get lost.
It is possible to program a transponder chip to the Cyclops P205. The chip can be placed inside the key handle of the factory remote key which means there is no need to have the tag on the key chain.
RRP NZ: $430.00
Insurance Approved:
AS/NZS 4601:2003
Obsessive Rating: Not as good as the Autowatch 573PPi but much better than the Mongoose M25
Would benefit from having a proper attack-proof security housing!
