Spyball Programming
Some of the features on the Spyball 6829 can be turned on and off with the remote. Here is a quick video running through how to select each function, then activate or de-activate each one.
Spyball Programming
Procedure:
- While the security system is disarmed, turn the ignition on, press and hold down push-button 1 of the transmitter about 7 seconds, until the LED lights up, then release.
- The LED remains on about 3 seconds.
- During this lapse of time, press push-button n. 1 again.
- A short sharp audible signal confirms that the procedure has been initiated. The LED switches off and then provides five different visual indications that relate to the five selectable functions.

Functions 1 to 5
1: Biker Recognition: Arms/Disarms alarm as the remote comes into proximity of the bike.Press push-button 1 of the transmitter after the first flash to select. Three sharp audible signals follow to confirm Biker Recognition is turned on. Press push-button 2 of the transmitter after the first flash to deselect. One sharp audible signal follows to confirm Biker Recognition is turned off.
2: Arming and disarming audible signals: Chirps when arming/disarming the alarm. Press push-button 1 of the transmitter after the second flash to select audible arm/ disarm. Three sharp audible signals follow.
Press push-button 2 of the transmitter after the second flash to deselect. One sharp audible signal follows to confirm chirp de-selection.
3: “Turn indicator on” audible warning signal: Chirps the siren to warn the rider if the indicators have been left on for more then 24 seconds.
Press push-button 1 of the transmitter after the third flash to select. Three sharp audible signals follow. Press push-button 2 of the transmitter after the third flash to deselect. One sharp audible signal follows.
4: Anti-hijack function: Will trigger the alarm after 2 minutes if the rider leaves the bike whilst the ignition is on.
Press push-button 1 of the transmitter after the fourth flash to select Anti Hijack. Three sharp audible signals follow. Press push-button 2 of the transmitter after the fourth flash to deselect. One sharp audible signal follows.
5: No not adjust: (for dealer use only)
