The 446RiS is an insurance standard (4 star) alarm/immobiliser made by Autowatch. The 446RiSG is the same alarm but with an added glass break sensor. It’s also known as the 446RLi (AU).
The Autowatch has most of the features that you would expect from a decent alarm system without going over the top. Too often alarms have a big list of features and remote buttons that will seldom ever get used
Attack proof Security Housing
The 446RiS/RiSG passes Thatchams tests on its security housing. This means that even if the module is found it is still hard breach and by-pass the Immobiliser cuts.
The 446RiS is a pleasure to install due to its compact size and can be hidden in places that the likes of a Mongoose M60, M80 or AVS range simply couldn’t fit. Having said that good installers are about a rare as rocking horse shit so don’t make the assumption that it will be well hidden!
The Siren has a very distinctive sound with soft arm/disarm chirps, yet it can also draw plenty of attention if it needs to.
The alarm turns the hazard lights on solid of 15 seconds upon disarming, which is a nice touch as it provides some illumination around the car when approaching it,
5 Digit Security Code
The 5 digit code that comes with the alarm protects against unauthorised remote programming. Without it a new remote can not be coded to the alarm. This way if your car is left with someone they can not program an extra remote to the system without your knowledge.
The Security code also lets you disarm the immobiliser in an emergency should your remote be lost of the battery dies.

Obsessive Rating: A good insurance approved alarm without pointless features!
Great alarm but the 446RiS lacks is the boot pop option and silent arm from the remote. If these are features which you need then the Dynatron D3600 may be a better option
