I could not fault the service provided by Julian. I had never needed to install an alarm before and Julian made it an easy experience. The website contains very useful information about all aspects of vehicle security. Communication was clear and options presented in an easy to understand manner. Installation was a breeze! Dropped the car to Julian at about 8am and he dropped me at work in the CDB and picked me up at 430pm. Julian then walked me through what he had done, where the alarm/siren/immobiliser was installed and answered the couple of questions I had. Paid him and drove home. If you want a highly professional install and an excellent customer experience and service for an alarm install don’t go past Julian.
