Beyond Superb
I picked Obsessive off the intranet, because of their informative webpage and the excellent feedback on it.
Being a female who is not very mechanically savvy, his web page gave me a feeling that I could make an
informative decision on what alarm was best for my vehicle.
Once I decided, Julian pointed out that I had two choices in the same price range and told me the differences
between the two. When I dropped off my vehicle, he drove me to work and then picked me up after.
The alarm I chose is working well and easy to use. I now know why the feed back on the intranet is good.
I highly recommend Obsessive to anyone wanting a great alarm, excellent work and above and beyond superb
service!!

European Quality
European quality was something I struggled to find in NZ. Having bad past experience, spoilt glow plug
circuit, misbehaving electric system and poor installations and manner made me cautious when I started
looking alarm for my "Chelsea Tractor".
I talked to most installers in the Wellington region and observed how they approached a 24V 4WD (turned
out to be 12V in the end though!) along with my needs. I was very impressed with Julian's honesty,
knowledge, free advice, etc. on his website so I arranged a visit.
I must admit that due to my profession I'm a perfectionist hence hard to deal with or satisfy but actually
Julian did it. Pricing was not a driving factor for me although the deal I got was very competitive in the
range I was looking at along with rich features and security. The installation is beautifully done, things
are aligned, no scratches, damage or mess at all. Not everybody appreciates that screwes are tight, the
unit is hidden, things look like done in the factory. Just for a comparsion in the past an installer told
me "we're not grooming service" when I complained about the mess they left on the carpet...
Julian other than being honest, skilled, easy to deal with has excellent and professional manners.
What I found unique about Julian is that his goal was not to install an alarm system, it's just the
outcome. It was to truly to secure the vehicle what many forget along the process...
No doubts your vehicle is in capable hands and looked after very much
during the process, I highly recommend him to everybody.

Neat Work
Julian was the first installer to offer to come and have a look at my car and discuss my best option.
I was impressed with his knowledge and ended up happy to let him install an alarm for me.
He spent the day doing his thing and I was pleased with the result. His work was neat which was important
and he made every effort to hide wiring in what is mostly a de-loomed engine bay.
I wish the business every success.

Highly Recommened
‘I was really impressed by the no fuss response for a Sunday fit out at short notice, no extra charge and Julian
arrived on time. The work was finished exactly when Julian said it would be, to a very high quality, and everything was cleared up afterwards.
Julian’s knowledge and skill with vehicle electrics was clearly evident, the system gives me total
confidence when leaving the vehicle hood down. The fit out is extremely discreet and you would need to
look really hard to find the installation. Some tricky areas were overcome with a resourceful
understanding of the equipment being fitted and the vehicle.
I would highly recommend Julian to anyone thinking about a car alarm system – thanks Julian, a great job.’

Qualifed Car Alarm Installer
Julian. Thank you so much for installing a great quality car alarm. I was shocked to find out by my car insurer (AA)
that not only I needed a minimum 4 star alarm installed in my Subaru legacy but it had to be installed by a NZSA certified
installer which thankfully you are.
I can’t help wonder how people get stung by getting alarms installed by unqualified people
and insurance companies not paying out? Once again, thanks for the great service and support.

Going the extra mile
Knowledge, intelligence and communication. These are things we found in Julian, his expertise is second to none.
We were both very impressed even from our very first contact with Julian. He took the time and went the extra mile to come and meet us even before we purchased anything,
he explained everything. I was blown away with his knowledge. Fast, friendly, very communicative and even fixed an existing issue with my driving lights. I mean how good
is that? We will never ever go anywhere else for our automotive security needs and will tell all our friends about Obsessive. Our cars are our babies and we demand the
best for whatever we do for them from basic maintenance to keeping the cars safe from the nasties out there and everything in between; we wanted the best security we
could get.............Obsessive!.
