These work using the existing Toyota remote.
Cobra makes the excellent AK4218 which is designed to work flawlessly with most late model Toyota’s that have a traditional remote key. A list of compatible Toyota’s can be found here…
There is also the excellent Cobra AK4615 CAN-BUS alarm that will work with most late model Toyota’s, including those with a proximity smart key. The AK4615 has the option of having a Cobra remote added to it. Great if you only have one Toyota remote of requiring another.
Toyota Branded Cobra Remote Controls
I now have access to Toyota branded Cobra remote controls that will work with the following Cobra alarms.
Cobra AK4698 with Toyota logo on the remote.
